How Licensing Works
- Choose your seats — Select the number of seats you need at signup
- Add seats anytime — Go to Billing in the Admin Portal and increase your seat count
- Prorated billing — New seats are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle
- Remove seats — Reduce seats at your next renewal date

Managing Licenses
In the Admin Portal under Billing:
- View seat usage — See how many seats are active versus total
- Add seats — Click "Add Seats" and enter the new total
- Download invoices — Access current and past invoices as PDF
- Update payment — Change your credit card or switch to invoice billing
FAQ
Can I mix monthly and annual billing? No. Your entire organization is on one billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my seat count? You will be prompted to purchase additional seats. New invitations are blocked until seats are available.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts? Yes. Contact sales@talkwriter.ai for special pricing.
Can I pay by invoice instead of credit card? Invoice billing (NET 30) is available for annual plans with 50+ seats.
