Managing Licenses
In the Admin Portal under Billing:
- View seat usage — See how many seats are active versus total
- Add seats — Click "Add Seats" and enter the new total
- Download invoices — Access current and past invoices as PDF
- Update payment — Change your credit card or switch to invoice billing

Can I mix monthly and annual billing? না। Your entire organization is on one billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my seat count? You will be prompted to purchase additional seats. New invitations are blocked until seats are available.
