Dear Stakeholders,

I am writing to provide a comprehensive update on the migration project.

Phase 1 -- Database Migration (Complete) The database migration has been successfully completed without incident.

Phase 2 -- API Migration (Complete) The API migration encountered authentication service compatibility issues during implementation. These have been fully resolved, and all API endpoints are now operational.

Phase 3 -- Frontend Migration (In Progress) We have commenced the frontend migration, which is estimated to require approximately three weeks.

Testing Phase Following the frontend migration, we will conduct a one-week comprehensive testing cycle.

Projected Completion: Approximately four weeks from today's date.

Email Tipsโ€‹

Greetings and Sign-offs

You do not need to dictate "Dear" or "Best regards." Email mode adds appropriate greetings and closings automatically based on your formatting level (Casual = "Hey," Formal = "Dear").

Subject Lines

TalkTone transforms the body of your email. You still need to write your subject line separately. Dictate the subject line first, then switch to the body.

Multiple Paragraphs

When dictating a long email, pause briefly between topics. TalkTone uses natural breaks in your speech to create paragraph breaks in the output.
