I am writing to provide a comprehensive update on the migration project.
Phase 1 -- Database Migration (Complete) The database migration has been successfully completed without incident.

Phase 3 -- Frontend Migration (In Progress) We have commenced the frontend migration, which is estimated to require approximately three weeks.
Testing Phase Following the frontend migration, we will conduct a one-week comprehensive testing cycle.

Email Tipsโ
You do not need to dictate "Dear" or "Best regards." Email mode adds appropriate greetings and closings automatically based on your formatting level (Casual = "Hey," Formal = "Dear").
TalkTone transforms the body of your email. You still need to write your subject line separately. Dictate the subject line first, then switch to the body.
When dictating a long email, pause briefly between topics. TalkTone uses natural breaks in your speech to create paragraph breaks in the output.
Common Email Mistakesโ
| โ Mistake | โ Fix |
|---|---|
| Using Chat mode for emails | Always use Email mode -- it adds proper structure |
| Setting intensity too high for personal emails | Use Light for emails where your voice matters |
| Not testing with Live Test first | Preview your settings before sending important emails |
| Dictating greetings manually | Let TalkTone handle greetings -- it matches your formatting level |
| Using Full Rewrite for quick replies | Use Light or Medium for short, fast responses |
